Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Peacock Inn in Kettering. You will support the Head Chef, master the menu, and train a great team to deliver remarkable food and service.

You’ll lead by example, focus on targets, and ensure stock control and ordering align with brand standards, while upholding health and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Drive targets with the team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, food prep and stock control.
• Operate with a branded menu and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
