Job summary

Captains Wife, part of Vintage Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training people. You will work within Mitchells & Butlers’ family, delivering high standards and guest satisfaction.

You will lead the kitchen team, drive performance, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while developing talent for progression across the brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in kitchen teams.
• Experience managing food preparation and stock control.
• Ability to train and develop staff to meet health and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality food.
• Drive performance and achieve targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with health and hygiene rules.
