Job summary

The Walton Fox, part of Vintage Inns by Mitchells & Butler, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, overseeing a branded menu, training Chefs, and driving standards.

You will manage food ordering, stock control, and health and hygiene, with opportunities for progression and ongoing staff development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver great dishes.
• Work with the Head Chef to meet targets and deliver quality.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to brand menus and standards.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance in the kitchen.
