Job summary

Walton Fox is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training people. You will work within Vintage Inns, enjoying a cosy atmosphere and traditional dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in pubs/restaurants.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to manage food orders and stock effectively.
• Familiar with working from a branded menu.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Drive performance and hit targets with the team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Operate within a branded menu and maintain consistency.
