Job summary

The Swan at Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butler s PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead and train the team, ensuring consistent quality and great guest experiences across branded menus.

You’ll drive stock control, food prep, and cost efficiency while maintaining strict health and hygiene standards. Flexible shifts and excellent team culture accompany the opportunity to grow within a welcoming pub group.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Swan, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
