Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for its Castle Pubs brand in Oxford. You will support the Head Chef, train the kitchen team, and uphold the branded menu with a passion for great food. You will help smash targets and ensure top quality service.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations and branded menu standards.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Dewdrop, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
