Bells Of Ouzley - Harvester is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering quality meals with a trained, motivated team. You will lead on the branded menu and ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to train and develop team members to deliver quality food.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver meals they’re proud of.
• Help the Head Chef with stock control, ordering and portion control.
• Ensure adherence to branded menu and quality standards.
