Harvester, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with passion for great food and training great people. You will train Chefs, drive performance, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure adherence to health and hygiene standards, contributing to a welcoming guest

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
