Mitchells & Butlers plc’ Harvester – Ancient Briton in St Albans is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and training a great team. You’ll help manage the branded menu and ensure strict health and hygiene standards are met, while driving performance with your crew.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant or pub setting.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage shift rotas.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
