Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc, via Harvester Gravesend, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for great food and for training great people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Comfortable working with a branded menu and recipes.
• Able to manage stock and food ordering processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
