Job summary

Harvester in the Sir Winston Churchill venue seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering a proud, branded menu and to train a high-performing kitchen team. You will drive performance, assist with ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen or service team.
• Ability to train and develop cooks and kitchen assistants.
• Familiarity with stock management and cost control.
• Knowledge of food prep processes and standards.
• Commitment to health and hygiene regulations.
