Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in the Yeoman - Harvester location is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train the kitchen team and drive high standards of food and service. You will manage branding, menus and day-to-day kitchen operations to deliver great meals.

The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for progression within a family-friendly major restaurant group known for rotisserie, grills and salad options.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
