Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Bartlewood Lodge (Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery). You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes from a branded menu.

You will drive training, manage stock and ordering, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while helping your team grow and progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a busy kitchen.
• Experience training staff to high standards.
• Knowledge of food ordering and stock control processes.
• Strong understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver great food.
• Aim to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Ensure your team complies with health and hygiene regulations.
