Job summary

Hollybush is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You will join the Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery family and help deliver excellent guest experiences while mentoring a team and controlling stock and costs. Competitive salary and ongoing development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of branded menu execution and food quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive performance and smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu standards and recipes.
• Maintain health and hygiene standards across the kitchen.
