Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Windmill, Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, master the branded menu, train the team and drive performance while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to train and motivate Chefs and Kitchen Staff.
• Familiarity with food ordering, stock control and cost awareness.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
