Job summary

Willow Tree in Torquay, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team that serves great food from a branded menu.

You’ll train chefs, manage stock and food ordering, drive targets, and ensure health and hygiene standards while enjoying strong progression opportunities and a mix of discounts, Wagestream access, and a pension.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Willow Tree, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
