Job summary

Broadwood Farm is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team delivering high-quality dishes. You will train, motivate and coach the Kitchen Team while ensuring the menu is executed with consistency.

You will focus on stock control, food ordering, and adherence to health and hygiene standards, while aiming to meet targets and drive performance across the kitchen.
