Requirements

• Support, coach, and mentor your team
• Maintain high standards of food knowledge and skills
• Keep up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge
• Willingness to develop personally and help propel the team forward at The Loxley

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
• Consistently produce high-quality dishes to specifications
• Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplies
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Lead the team to achieve company targets
