Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Peartree Bridge Inn. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, taking ownership of the menu and training the team to serve great food.

You will manage food ordering, stock control and ensure health and hygiene standards are met, while driving performance and delivering targets. The role offers progression opportunities and employee benefits within our broad brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team is desirable.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Attention to health and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
• Help smash targets with the team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
