Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for the Green Tree Inn. Lead and train chefs, maintain a high-quality kitchen, and drive team targets while overseeing ordering, prep, and stock control. You’ll ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff and leading a team.
• Ability to manage fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
• Drive performance and hit targets with the team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Green Tree Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
