Mitchells & Butlers plc seeks a Kitchen Team Leader at the Melville Inn to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and train great people. You will manage branded menus, oversee stock and hygiene, and help drive team success across Vintage Inns pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train chefs and kitchen staff.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menus and health & hygiene standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Melville Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
