Job summary

Wolseley Arms, part of the Vintage Inns collection, seeks a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train a kitchen team, manage stock and food prep, and ensure brand standards and health regulations are met.

You will work with a branded menu, drive team performance, and help develop your staff through paid qualifications and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Wolseley Arms, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
