Old Manor Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, building a kitchen to be proud of and mastering the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

Join Sizzling Pub & Grill, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, and help lead the team across shifts. You’ll assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
