Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Old Manor Inn within the Sizzling Pub & Grill family. You will support the Head Chef and lead a team to craft great food and training for staff, while managing stock, orders, and hygiene standards.

The role offers progression opportunities, discounts across brands, and employee benefits as part of a busy UK pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen teams to deliver quality food.
• Ability to manage stock control and food ordering.
• Comfort with working to branded menu standards.
• Strong understanding of health and hygiene regulations.
