Mitchells & Butlers plc, at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery's Bartlewood Lodge, seeks a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train the Kitchen Team, and master the branded menu with a passion for great food and people.

You will train chefs, help with food preparation, ordering and stock control, uphold health/safety standards, and drive targets with a positive team spirit.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food ordering, portion control and stock management.
• Committed to branded menu execution and consistent quality.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader atthe Bartlewood Lodge, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
