Mitchells & Butlers' Harvester Broxden Manor in Perth is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a small kitchen team, and champion great food and guest service.

You'll train staff, help with ordering and stock, ensure the branded menu is followed, and uphold health and hygiene standards while progressing in a supportive, flexible role with strong employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Maintain brand menu standards and health and hygiene compliance.
