Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is hiring for Ember Inns roles in Fleet, inviting chefs and kitchen teams to deliver food they can be proud of. You will be driven to hit targets with your team, support with ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food preparation and cooking to specification.
• Uphold health & hygiene regulations and standards.
• Assist with stock control and ordering processes.
• Lead and motivate kitchen team to meet targets.
• Operate confidently with branded menus and standards.
