Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Peartree Bridge Inn to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food.

You will train Chefs, drive targets with your team, and assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control while ensuring the branded menu standards and high hygiene practices are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training chefs.
• Target-driven with ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Familiar with branded menu execution and portioning.
• Ensures health and hygiene compliance in the kitchen.
