Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Peacock Inn. You will support the Head Chef, train the kitchen team, and drive high standards across food preparation and service.

You will oversee ordering, stock control, and ensure strict health and hygiene compliance while delivering on branded menus and guest satisfaction.

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and develop chefs.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Peacock Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
