Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Bartlewood Lodge in partnership with Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, develop the menu, and train a talented kitchen team for exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead with passion for great food, manage stock, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and drive performance. This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Bartlewood Lodge, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
