Mitchells & Butlers plc. is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The Spyglass - Harvester in Weymouth to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage stock and orders, and ensure the branded menu is executed with high standards.
