Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at the Rayleigh Weir - Harvester. You will support the Head Chef, train your kitchen team, and drive a high standard of food and service on a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Proven ability to manage stock, ordering and costs.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
