Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC, operating Fox & Raven within the Vintage Inns collection, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef and lead a busy kitchen. You will champion a branded menu, train staff, and drive performance while maintaining high food hygiene standards in a welcoming pub setting.

You’ll manage ordering, stock control, and menu execution to ensure dishes are served to a high standard and guests have a great experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
