Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, training chefs and delivering excellent food within branded menus. You’ll work across the Wolseley Arms and Vintage Inns, promoting a welcoming team culture and helping guests feel valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
