Job summary

Toby Carvery - Lympstone is looking for a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Staff.
• Experience with stock management and ordering processes.
• Knowledge of branded menus and consistency standards.
• Understanding of health, hygiene and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Work with the Head Chef to meet targets and maintain standards.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to the branded menu and portion control.
• Monitor and enforce health and hygiene practices across the kitchen.
