Toby Carvery - Norton Canes is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu with a passion for serving great food and training people.

You will lead, train and inspire the kitchen team, drive performance to hit targets, manage food ordering, stock control and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Lead and train kitchen staff to deliver consistent quality.
• Ensure health and hygiene compliance across the kitchen.
• Maintain branded menu execution and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
