Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery – Shiremoor. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, train and inspire your team, and master a branded menu while delivering great food and service.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of kitchen staff
• Ability to train and motivation teams
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations
