Job summary

Toby Carvery - Keighley is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead and train the kitchen team, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. You will master the menu, drive performance with your team and help deliver great guest experiences.

You will work within a friendly, supportive Toby Carvery/Mitchells & Butlers environment, with opportunities for progression, flexible shifts, and staff benefits designed to help you manage work and life

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader atToby Carvery - Keighley, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
