Job summary

Toby Carvery – Aintree is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll master the menu, coach the Kitchen Team, and help deliver great food and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high-quality plates.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of stock control, ordering, and menu execution.
• Commitment to health and safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive performance to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency across dishes.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are consistently followed.
