As Kitchen Team Leader at the Conan Doyle, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Join us at Nicholson’s pubs, we’re a friendly bunch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Passion for delivering great food and training people.
• Ability to work flexibly in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
