Nicholson's Pubs seeks a Kitchen Team Leader at the Clachan to help build a kitchen you can be proud of. You will train chefs, master the branded menu, and drive the team to hit targets while ensuring top hygiene and food quality.

You will support Head Chef with ordering, prep, and stock control, while promoting professional development and excellent hospitality across the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with branded menus.

Salary £12.89 - £14.31 per hour plus tips 1. Hours Full Time,
