Blackfriar is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead, train and inspire a team, delivering great British hospitality and consistent quality across all menus.

You’ll manage food ordering, stock control and hygiene standards, driving performance against targets while upholding brand standards. Flexible shifts and staff discounts are provided as part of Mitchells & Butlers benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train, motivate and develop kitchen staff.
• Experience managing food orders and stock control.

Responsabilités

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Drive performance and smash targets with the team.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu standards.
• Oversee health and hygiene practices across the kitchen.
