Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for its Ship pubs. You will support the Head Chef, lead a busy kitchen, and take ownership of the menu with a passion for great food.

You will train and motivate your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards. There is real room for progression as you help us deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen controls.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop kitchen staff to deliver great food.
