Job summary

The Red Lion at Oaktree Pubs is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, coach Chefs and support staff, and drive high standards of quality and service within a branded menu.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene regulations are met. Enjoy competitive pay and generous staff discounts and progression opportunities.
