MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC’s Vintage Inns at Longbridge Mill is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, drive a proud kitchen, and lead a team passionate about delivering great food.

You will master the menu, train great people, and ensure high standards of service and kitchen discipline while fostering a warm, welcoming pub atmosphere for guests.
