The Red Lion Coventry is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a great kitchen and delivering exceptional pub grub. You will guide a Kitchen Team, manage food prep and stock, and help implement branded menus with a focus on quality and compliance.
