Job summary

EGO - Cannock, part of Mitchells & Butler’s PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Lead a branded menu, drive targets with your team, and manage food ordering, prep and stock while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.
