Job summary

Ego - Cannock, part of Mitchells & Butler's family, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team, drive quality, and ensure smooth service in a busy pub kitchen.

You will train chefs, manage stock, assist with ordering, and uphold health and hygiene standards, with opportunities for progression within Mitchells & Butler's brands.
