EGO - Bromsgrove is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in crafting a kitchen to be proud of. You will be master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, including helping with food ordering, preparation and stock control.

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering consistent quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food proudly.
• Work with team to smash targets.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
