Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Armytage Arms, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill family. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, train great people and own the branded menu, delivering exceptional service.

You’ll oversee ordering, food prep and stock control while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met, helping the team to smash targets and grow with the business.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Armytage Arms, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
